Tryon International Announces Welcome, Spring & Summer Hunter/Jumper Series for 2024
Management has announced three series of rated Hunter/Jumper competition on the 2024 calendar at Tryon International, with more dates and details still to come. All dates are subject to USEF approval. Read below to learn more and plan your competition vacation!
Tryon Welcome 4 Results:
Alicia Wilkinson (Waxhaw, NC) and Salut Ca-Va claimed the $20,000 Sunday Grand Prix to close out the Tryon Welcome Series presented by Horse Illustrated, stopping the jump off timers in 39.989 seconds to clinch the victory.
Tryon Welcome 3 Results:
The third week of the Tryon Welcome Series presented by Horse Illustrated saw competition hosted Wednesday-Saturday at Tryon International Equestrian Center & Resort (TIEC). Angel Munoz Gil (Vivares, Spain) was victorious in Saturday’s $20,000 Mini Prix in Tryon Stadium, aboard Spy Coast Farm LLC’s Octavius SCF.
Tryon Welcome 2 Results:
Melissa Blades (Guyton, GA) and Hells Angel were the sole double-clear combination in Sunday’s $20,000 Grand Prix at Tryon International Equestrian Center & Resort (TIEC), taking the win in a time of 35.475 seconds in the jump off.
Tryon Welcome 1 Results:
The first weekend of the Tryon Welcome Series presented by Horse Illustrated at Tryon International Equestrian Center & Resort (TIEC) featured National/Level 3 competition and concluded with a second consecutive win for John Brown and Ballon Bleu D’Arco in the featured $20,000 Mini Prix Sunday afternoon.
