Coach O Event Management hosts the LaShawn Merritt/Coach O Sprint to Success Speed Clinic, coming to Tryon International on February 2! This six-hour event is specially designed for young athletes ages 8 to 18, who want to strengthen their skills and develop a mindset that champions success both on and off the track.

A three-day wresting event during New Years Weekend, Carolina Winter Nationals features a NCHSAA sanctioned High School Super Duals tournament, a womens individual tournament, and a JV individual tournament.

AAU Wrestling Meet
Come cheer on hundreds of AAU wrestlers as they compete in the Tryon International Indoor Complex on Sunday, January 21st. Weigh-ins begin at 7am, with younger divisions taking place from 8am-noon and older divisions taking place in the afternoon.
