Book Signing & Author Talk with L.M. Elliott

Saturday, July 29th, 3pm | Unique Boutique

A longtime Washington D.C. magazine journalist before becoming a New York Times bestselling author, L.M. Elliott has written thirteen historical novels for teens, including Louisa June and the Nazis in the Waves; Under a War-torn Sky; and Hamilton and Peggy!.

Her works have been named NCSS/CBC Notables, Bank Street College of Ed. Best Books, Kirkus Best YA, Jefferson Cup Historical Fiction Honor Books, and Grateful American Book Prize Winners.

Elliott experienced the extraordinary symbiosis possible between horse and rider as a mother watching her daughter and her USPC compatriots train their eventers and jumpers. Elliott’s merely a “pleasure rider,” but became a happy mom-volunteer rally coordinator and trailer-driver. Learn more at: www.lmelliott.com or follow her on Twitter & Instagram @L_M_Elliott.
