Join Cathy Woods, Author of “Yoga for Riders,” creator of Body, Mind, Equine™ and international presenter, for a retreat day of yoga, equestrian mindfulness, and trail riding at Tryon International Equestrian Center located in beautiful Western North Carolina.
This one-day event is hosted in a state-of-the-art venue built around the love of all things horses. The day will start with a meet-and-greet followed by a morning meditation and a gentle yoga class geared for equestrians, along with breathwork for riders and a guided relaxation experience. The session will include a Body, Mind, Equine™ workshop.
Lunch will be provided and tailored for the health-conscious by Chef Walker Stocks, Head Chef at TIEC. After lunch, ride with Cathy Woods on a one-hour, relaxed paced trail ride with Tryon Western Adventures presented by SCF Western to put your newly acquired equestrian wisdom to practice through our expansive trails that wind through serene forest scenery. The day concludes with a thoughtful, equine grooming session and a closing program back on the yoga mat.
This event is suitable for any level of yoga or riding experience (horses and tack provided) as Cathy works with you from where you are!
